    The CSOMA Practitioner Finder is published by the California State Oriental Medical Association (CSOMA) and is intended only for personal use by individual members of the general public to facilitate access to information about CSOMA members and for the use of individual medical practitioners or their staff to view their personal listings or those of CSOMA members for professional purposes such as patient referrals.
     
    The data and listings contained provided by the CSOMA Practitioner Finder may not be downloaded, republished, resold, or duplicated, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than the personal uses permitted above.
     
    The use of the CSOMA Practitioner Finder to verify the licensure status and credentials of practitioners is prohibited.  CSOMA Practitioner Finder does not contain sufficient information with which to verify practitioner licensure status or credentials.
