CSOMA AcuPAC

The CSOMA AcuPAC is the state-level political action committee (PAC) of the California State Oriental Medical Association. By contributing to the PAC, you are rewarding candidates for California public office who take a stand for acupuncture and Oriental medicine (AOM) and are supporting those willing to fight for the interests of AOM practitioners and patients.

Please include your full name and mailing address with your contribution. If your contribution is for $100 or more, you must disclose your occupation and employer as well.

Contribution Rules

Contributions to the CSOMA AcuPAC are subject to the following rules:

• Contributions must be from your own funds not controlled by another individual or made from the proceeds of a gift given to provide funds to be contributed.
• Contributions made through intermediaries will not be accepted.
• If your contribution(s) to this committee and to other California state or local committees total(s) $10,000 or more in a calendar year, California law requires you to file a Major Donor Committee Campaign Statement (Form 461).
• Contributions to CSOMA AcuPAC are not tax deductible.
